Shipping & Exchange Policy

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY ITEMS?

All Items can be processed for Returns or Exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email us on “estilo.apparel.pk@gmail.com” or DM us on instagram “@estilo_pakistan”. Share your order number and mention the product you would like to exchange or return. We will send the courier to pick the parcel from the customer. Incase of exchange, we will confirm if the item you want is currently in stock to process the exchange..Please ensure all tags are attached with the product to receive a refund. Once we receive the products back we will ask for your bank details and transfer the money in your bank.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders will be delivered in 3-5 working days on regular days. Orders placed on Sunday or any gazetted holidays will be sent for processing on the next working day. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING COST?

FLAT Shipping 250 PKR. Shipping is free for orders above Rs 4500
